Gilmons Bakery offers a delicious and affordable product, in a modern shop with an old-fashioned bakery flair. With our signature checkerboard flooring, colorful and fully stocked display cases, visible frosting station and the aroma of delicious cake wafting in the air, we create a neighborhood atmosphere where you, our customers, feel comfortable and happy. Gilmons Bakery offers from nine to twelve daily flavors of cupcakes, and a variety of cakes available whole or by the slice. Additionally, Gilmons Bakery specializes in specialty cakes and wedding cakes, custom designed and made for patrons with special occasions. We serve fresh-brewed coffee, bottled soda and bottled water. Foods are available for eat-in or takeout. The owners of Gilmons Bakery, Dena Bowman and Kathy Jones, are two women with a shared passion for delicious and creative baking, an unparalled drive for success, and a true desire to share decadent culinary creations with their customers. Having grown up in Jacksonville, Dena and Kathy are very excited to have opened a local-owned establishment! The bakery is located at 11362 San Jose Blvd., Suite #13, Jacksonville, FL.
